Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Omaha 360 ("O360", "the platform"), operated by PPRP Innovations ("we"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

O360 is available only to staff of partner organizations formally accepted into the Omaha 360 network. Accounts are invitation-only. Creating an account on behalf of another person or sharing account credentials is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use O360 only for legitimate professional collaboration. You will not:

• Share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.
• Upload malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Interfere with the platform's security or normal operation.
• Use the platform to harass, discriminate against, or harm any individual.
• Reverse-engineer or extract data from the platform in unauthorized ways.

4. Data Ownership

Your organization owns the data you enter into O360. PPRP Innovations processes it only as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement. We do not claim ownership of your organization's content.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where possible. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure (hosting, database providers).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPRP Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of O360. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if no payment was made).

7. Account Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access ends immediately. Your organization's data is retained per the Privacy Policy and then purged.

8. Changes to These Terms

We will notify users via email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Nebraska.
